The Support Service is obligated to receive complaints from buyers, inform them about the status of the complaint investigation process, and if necessary, ensure the investigation of complaints.

Before initiating the Payment Transaction, the Buyer must give their consent to the Commercial Conditions by ticking the box "I have read and agree to the Commercial Conditions." Payment can be made through the payment instruments offered by "Paynet Service" SRL. Ordered products must be paid in full; otherwise, delivery will not occur.

In the event that the item was lost by the Buyer within ______ days, or delivery is impossible/not completed within the maximum term/not completed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of payment confirmation, ceetm.org is obliged to initiate the Revocation of the respective Payment Operation/Transaction, except in cases where written consent for delivery term extension was received from the Buyer.
The online store ceetm.org or the Buyer has the possibility to initiate both full and partial Revocation of the Payment Operation/Transaction depending on the nature and cause of the revocation.

If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, the jurisdiction belongs to the courts of the Republic of Moldova. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client fully assumes these risks.
